ထုိအခါ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္သည္ အရွင္အာနႏၷာအား ငါဘုရား ပရိနိဗၺာန္စံေတာ္ မူသည္႕ေနာက္၌ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ ဌာနေလးဌာန သို႔ ရဟန္းေယာက်္ား၊ ရဟန္းမိ္န္းမ၊ ဥပါသကာ ဒါယကာမ်ားႏွင္႔ ဥပါသိကာ ဒါယိကာမမ်ား ဘုရားဖူး လာေရာက္ၾကမည္႕အေၾကာင္း ေဟာၾကားေတာ္မူခဲ႔၏။ ခ်စ္သားအာနႏၷာ ရတနာသံုးပါးၾကည္ညိဳေသာ အမ်ိဳးေကာင္းသား တဦးအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ဖူးေျမာ္ သံေ၀ဂယူသင္ေသာ ဌာန ေလးဌာနရွိကုန္၏။

(က) ဤလုမိၺနီသာေမာ အင္ၾကင္းေတာကား "ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ဖြားျမင္ေတာ္ မူရာဌာနပါတကား" ဟူ၍ သဒါၶတရား ရွိေသာအမ်ိဳးေကာင္းသား တဦးအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ဖူးေျမာ္ သံေ၀ဂယူသင္႔ေသာ ဌာနတခုျဖစ္၏။

(ခ) ဤဗုဒၶဂါယာ မဟာေဗာဓိမ႑ိုဳင္ကား "ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ အတုမဲ႔ေသာ မေဖာက္မျပန္ မွန္ကန္ေသာ ကုိယ္ပိုင္ (သဗၺညုတ) ဉာဏ္ေတာ္ကုိ ရေတာ္မူေသာ ေနရာပါတကား" ဟူ၍ သဒါၶတရား ရွိေသာအမ်ိဳးေကာင္းသား တဦးအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ဖူးေျမာ္ သံေ၀ဂယူသင္႔ေသာ ဌာနတခုျဖစ္၏။

(ဂ) ဤမိဂဒါ၀န္ေတာကား "ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ အတုမ႔ဲ ဓမၼစၾကာ တရားဦးကုိ ေဖာ္က်ဴးျမြက္ဟရာ ဌာနပါတကား" ဟူ၍ သဒါၶတရား ရွိေသာအမ်ိဳးေကာင္းသား တဦးအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ဖူးေျမာ္ သံေ၀ဂယူသင္႔ေသာ ဌာနတခုျဖစ္၏။

(ဃ) ဤမလႅမင္းတုိ႔၏ ကုသိနာရံု အင္းၾကင္းရဂံုကား "ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ နိဗၺဴနန္းသုိ႕ ခို၀င္စံျမန္းလ်က္ ၀ိပါတ္ ကမၼဇရုပ္ တုိ႔အၾကြင္းမဲ႔ ခ်ဳပ္ျငိမ္းရာ ဌာနပါတကား" ဟူ၍ သဒါၶတရား ရွိေသာအမ်ိဳးေကာင္းသား တဦးအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ဖူးေျမာ္ သံေ၀ဂယူသင္႔ေသာ ဌာနတခုျဖစ္၏။

ခ်စ္သားအာနႏၷာ ေနာင္အခါ၌ သဒါၶ တရား ရွိေသာ ရဟန္းေယာက်္ားမ်ား၊ ရဟန္းမိန္းမမ်ား၊ ဥပါသိကာ ဒါယကာမ်ား၊ ဥပါသိကာ ဒါယိကာမ်ား၊ ဒါယိကာမမ်ားသည္ ဤေလးဌာနသို႔ လာၾကကုန္လတံၱ။

(၃) ပဥၥ၀ဂီၢ ငါးဦးတုိ႔အား ျမတ္စြာဘုရား တရားဦးဓမၼစက္ ေဟာျမြက္ရာ မိဂဒါ၀န္။

(၄) ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ပရိနိဗၺာန္စံေတာ္မူရာ မလႅမင္း တုိ႔၏ ကုသိနာရုံ အင္ၾကင္းရဂုံ။

သြားရတဲ႔ အေၾကာင္းအရင္း ကေတာ႔ Meeting သေဘာပါပဲ။ ဒီတရားစခန္း၇ဲ႔တည္ေထာင္သူကေတာ႔ ဆ၇ာၾကီး ဂုိအင္ဂါပါ။ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာက အလွဴေငြေတြလဲပါပါတယ္။ ဒီေျမကိုေတာ႔ မေလး၇ွားသူေ႒းတစ္ေယာက္က လွဴခဲ႔ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခုအေၾကာင္းအရာကေတာ႔ Dhamma Workshop 2008 @ Dhamma Malaya ပါတဲ႔။ တစ္ေန႔ကို ၄ၾကိမ္ တရားထိုင္ရပါတယ္။ အခ်ိန္ေတြကေတာ႔ မနက္ ၅ ခဲြမွ ၆ ခဲြထိ တစ္ၾကိမ္ တရားထုိင္ရပါတယ္၊ ျပီးေတာ႔ Breakfast ေကြ်းပါတယ္။ ေကြ်းတာကေတာ႔ သက္သက္လြတ္ ေတြခ်ည္းပါပဲ။ ျပီးေနာက္ မနက္ ၈နာရီမွ ၉ နာ၇ီအထိ တစ္ၾကိ္္မ္ထုိင္၇ပါတယ္။ ေန႔ခင္း ၂ ခဲြ မွ ၃ ခဲြ မွာ တစ္ၾကိမ္၊ ညေန ၆ နာရီ မွ နာရီတစ္ၾကိမ္၊ က်န္တာေတြကေတာ႔ Tea Break ၂ ခ်ိန္ dinner and lunch ခ်န္ျပီး က်န္တဲ႔ အခ်ိန္ေတြမွာ အုပ္စုလုိက္ ေဆြးေႏြးရပါတယ္။ စုစုေပါင္း မိန္းကေလးၾကီးပဲ ၇၀ ေလာက္ရိွမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ အုပ္စုေလးစု ခဲြလုိက္ပါတယ္။ Chinese လုိေဆြးေႏြးတဲ႔ အုပ္စုက၂ အုပ္စု၊ English လုိကေတာ႔ ၂ အုပ္စုပါ။ ကြ်န္မတုိ႔ကေတာ႔ English လုိအုပ္စုထဲမွာပါ။ Question and Answer ေျဖတဲ႔ပံုစံမ်ိဳး ပါပဲ။ အဓိကကေတာ႔ ေမးခြန္းေလးပဲေ၇းျပပါေတာ႔မယ္။ Why do you choose to serve a course? ကြ်န္မေျဖလုိက္တာကေတာ႔ ငါ႔ရဲ႕ပါရမီကို ျဖည္႕ဆည္းခ်င္လို႔ပါပဲ.....လို႔ေျဖလိုက္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာကုိယ္စိတ္ထဲမွာ ရိွတာကို ပြင္႔ပြင္႔လင္းလင္း ေျဖလုိ႔ရပါတယ္။ ရွက္ေန ေၾကာက္ေနစရာ မလုိပါဘူး။ ကြ်န္မတို႔ကလဲ အဂၤလိပ္စကား သိပ္အေကာင္းၾကီးေတာ႔ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ နားေထာင္တာ ပိုမ်ားပါတယ္။ ေပ်ာ္ဖို႔လဲေကာင္းသလုိ၊ စိတ္လဲအေတာ္ေလးကုိ ခ်မ္းသာခဲ႔ပါတယ္။ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာဆုိ အရမ္းကုိသာယာတာကုိ....ပံုေလးေတြကိုၾကည္႕လိုက္ပါဦး.. ဘယ္ေလာက္္ သာယာသလဲ ဆုိတာကုိ... ဒါကေတာ႔မနက္ ၆နာခဲြမွာ ရုိက္ထားတဲ႔ပံုပါ။

မေလးရွားကုိေတာ႔ ဒါနဲ႔ဆုိ ၃ေခါက္ပါ။ ပထမဆုံုးက ၁၀ရက္တ၇ား စခန္းသြား၀င္တာပါ။ သူငယ္ခ်င္းမီမီနဲ႔ပါပဲ။ မီမီနဲ႔ကြ်န္မနဲ႔က ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကုိ ေရစက္ပါပါတယ္။ ဘယ္သြားသြား အတူတူပါပဲ၊ ဒုတိယ တစ္ေခါက္က်ေတာ႔ ျမန္မာမိန္းကေလးေတြးခ်ည္းပဲ ဒီတရားစခန္းမွာ အပင္သြားစိုက္ၾကတာပါ။ အဲဒီတုန္းက တရားစခန္းစလုပ္ေနတုန္းပါ၊ KL ကုိမေရာက္ဘူးေသးပါဘူး။ မေလးကုိေရာက္ဘူးတယ္ ဆုိရံုေပါ႔။ အေတြ႔အၾကံဳအရ မေလးရွားက အဖဲြ႔နဲ႔သြားမွေကာင္းပါတယ္။ သိပ္ျပီးေတာ႔ လုံျခံဳမွူမရွိပါဘူး။ ဒီတရားစခန္းဟာလဲ အစိုးရ ကတရား၀င္ခြင္႔မျပဳေသး ဘူးလို႔ၾကားပါတယ္။

အခုသြားခဲ႔တဲ႔ ခရီးစဥ္ ကေတာ႔ ၂ညအိပ္ ၃ရက္ခရီးပါ။ စကၤာပူကုိ ၃၁/၈/၂၀၀၈ ည ၁၀ေလာက္မွာ ျပန္ေရာက္ခဲ႔ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လုိ႔ မ်ားအဲဒီမွာ ၁၀ ရက္တရားစခန္း ၀င္ခ်င္ရင္ေတာ႔ ဒီကုိ ဆက္သြယ္လုိက္ပါ။ တရားစခန္း၀င္မယ္ ဆုိရင္ကားနဲ႔သြားရင္ ကားခ၊ ရထားနဲ႔သြား၇င္ ရထားခ ဒါပဲကုန္မွာပါ။ တရားစခန္း ၀င္ေၾကးမရိွပါဘူး။ တရားစခန္းျပီးမွသာ ေစတနာ ရိွသေလာက္ေလးပဲ လွဴရင္ရပါတယ္။ မလွဴနုိင္ရင္လဲ ကိစၥ မရွိပါဘူး။ အခုလာမယ္႔ ေအာက္တုိဘာမွာ ျမန္မာ၊ အဂၤလိပ္ ၁၀ ရက္စခန္း ရွိပါတယ္။ အခ်ိန္ေပးျပီးဖတ္သြားတဲ႔ သူငယ္ခ်င္းမ်ားအားလုံးကုိလည္း ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။
